About the role
Reporting to the SOP Manager, this position is responsible for customer order booking, invoicing & Logistics management including inventory management, import/export & last mile logistics
What you'll do
- Follow up deliveries and orders in any phase until the customer receives goods
- Collect service reports for invoice billing
- Post invoice for sales and purchase orders in ERP, and upload order related documents to customer portal when required
- Manage the import operations process for shipments entering India
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and customs clearance procedures
