About the role
The Sales & Service Coordinator will be responsible for end-to-end sales administration, service coordination, commercial operations, and import/export logistics support. The role acts as a key interface between customers, the India sales/service team, the UK factory team, freight forwarders, banks, and finance teams.
What you'll do
- Process customer purchase orders and coordinate order booking in ERP/CRM systems
- Prepare quotations, commercial offers, tender submissions, and sales documentation
- Coordinate with service engineers and customers for installation, maintenance, calibration, and support activities
- Generate invoices and submit through customer portals and designated channels
- Track invoice approvals and follow up on collections and outstanding receivables
