About the role
This leader will have responsibility to define a clear technology roadmap that meets organizational objectives and to deliver key HR systems capabilities. Additionally, this leader will engage frequently with HR and DTI (technology) executive management and partner closely with business stakeholders as the domain expert.
What you'll do
- Build and manage a team of HR systems specialists and HR Data managers that are flexible and evolve as our agile plans do
- Provide timely updates to Senior management and teams on all initiatives in progress
