What you'll do
- Assist the team in formulating strategies for contracting when procuring goods or services from various vendors after award of the project
- Sending enquiries to get quotations for materials, services, sub-contract works, specific to project awarded
- Engage in negotiations with the vendor within the allocated budgetand project timeline
- Preparation of the contract document and finalizing the same in alignment with the company policies post discussion with technical, legal and project team
- Preparation of purchase/service orders in the Oracle
