About the role
Be prime responsible for industrialization of new projects (especially Pinheaders and Mechatronics Package products), including tools , Automatic assembly lines and End of line testers Able to clearly understand the customer requirements and technical / product requirement as defined by Product Engineering team and customer.
What you'll do
- Responsible for industrialization of new projects (especially Pinheaders and Mechatronics Package products), including tools
- Develop suitable manufacturing process and automatic assembly line in consultation with Product Engineering and core competency center
- Identify robust, cost effective manufacturing solutions
- Work with CFT, automation / tooling team and suppliers for timely completion of projects
- Provide training to team members
