Troubleshooting and maintenance of all molding equipments. Equipment, tooling and process problem resolution. Achieving scheduled production targets meeting strict deadlines. Supervision of workforce including supervisors and operators. Cost reduction, methods and process improvements on the production activities.

- Develop and maintain the working standards reflecting the best practices
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of all molding equipments. Equipment, tooling and process problem resolution
- Achieving scheduled production targets meeting strict deadlines
- Ensuring the compliance of customer specific requirements
- Take part of the management routines and problems solving workshops
