About the role
As Vice President, Analysts & Client Support you will lead a high-performing team of analysts responsible for delivering accurate, scalable, and client-ready portfolio analytics across Arcana’s platform. You will combine investment workflow expertise, analytical depth, and strong operating discipline to ensure our analyst organization supports institutional clients with exceptional quality, speed, and judgment.
What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of 20–30 analysts, fostering a culture of ownership, excellence, and continuous learning
- Drive hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development for the Analyst organization
- Partner with senior leadership to set priorities, operating rhythms, and execution standards across the Analyst organization
- Own quality standards for portfolio data workflows, client implementations, analytics validation, and recurring deliverables
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science leadership to define the roadmap for portfolio analytics and institutional investment workflows
