About the role
This role will play a key part in ensuring seamless data flow across systems such as Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, ServiceNow, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, and Arctic Wolf products. The ideal candidate will combine strong software development skills with a solid understanding of business systems, APIs, data integration, and cloud technologies to build scalable, reliable, and secure solutions that enable data-driven business operations.
What you'll do
- Build and support RESTful APIs, integration services, and data pipelines using modern development practices
- Develop and maintain integration workflows using middleware and ETL platforms such as Jitterbit, MuleSoft, Workato, or similar technologies
- Support and enhance data synchronization processes between business applications and enterprise data platforms
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, system administrators, and engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration failures, data discrepancies, and performance issues
