About the role
As a Staff Developer for Arctic Wolf’s Data Platform, you will work on shaping and evolving the systems that enable large-scale storage and rapid searching of cybersecurity data. This telemetry data is collected from customers by leveraging endpoint, network, and cloud data sources both inside and outside our customers’ networks.
What you'll do
- Lead the architecture, design, and end-to-end delivery of complex, high-impact data platform initiatives, ensuring scalability, reliability, and long-term sustainability
- Drive cross-team technical direction by influencing architectural decisions, establishing engineering best practices
- Take end-to-end ownership of solutions, from problem definition and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and operational support
- Identify gaps, risks, technical debt, and missing requirements independently, developing practical solutions and driving them to completion
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to align platform investments with business objectives and long-term strategic goals
