About the role
Finance Technology is seeking a Vice President to lead the data and engineering capability supporting Fund Accounting. Based in Mumbai, this individual will partner closely with Fund Accounting, Enterprise Data, Automation & Reporting, and other technology teams to deliver scalable, controlled, and reliable data solutions.
What you'll do
- Lead the data capability supporting Fund Accounting and Fund Finance, with responsibility for delivering reliable, scalable, and well-controlled data solutions
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across the design, build, testing, deployment, and support of Fund Accounting data solutions
- Define technology target-state architecture and technical design aligned with enterprise architecture and standards
- Drive strong engineering practices across testing, CI/CD, observability, performance, resiliency, documentation, lineage, and production support
- Identify opportunities to automate manual Finance processes and convert recurring data and reconciliation challenges into scalable solutions.\
