As a Procurement Support Analyst — Catalog & Sourcing Support, you'll be an essential part of our Source-to-Pay team, contributing to procurement operations and excellence. This role is pivotal in managing catalogs, sourcing events, and purchase orders, ensuring flawless execution and seamless operations.
What you'll do
- Manage catalog and content set-up, updates, and accuracy
- Coordinate RFx and sourcing events on behalf of Category Managers
- Expedite purchase orders and process change orders
- Handle supplier queries relating to POs and transactions
- Provide backup coverage for the buying desk across regions and time zones
