About the role
We have a requirement for a Principal Software Engineer in the Infrastructure Solutions Software team in our CE-SW group. This role combines technical leadership with responsibility for leading and developing a group of engineering teams delivering complex software for our cloud and data center products.
What you'll do
- Provide technical direction across multiple engineering teams, driving strong technical execution across SoC
- Lead and develop team leads, supporting them in building high-performing teams and developing the technical capability and careers of their engineers
- Drive engineering planning and execution, translating product requirements and architecture specifications into technical priorities
- Collaborate across hardware, software, architecture and product teams to manage dependencies, resolve complex technical issues and drive engineering decisions
- Extensive experience delivering complex system software within the embedded or infrastructure SoC space, with strong technical leadership across engineering teams
