About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Technical Communications team in Bangalore, India! As a Senior Information Developer, you will develop customer-facing content in collaboration with Arm's engineering and marketing teams. You will also be a member of a global community of information developers working together to create content to help Arm's customers succeed.
What you'll do
- Planning documentation against the product roadmap ensuring documentation quality and to meet customer demand
- Creating and maintaining content for multiple projects, without supervision
- Taking ownership of and leading multiple projects, mentoring, and/or coaching
- Identifying user needs as a customer advocate to generate content that helps our partners and customers achieve their goals
- Collaborating extensively with domain experts in engineering, project/product management, marketing, support, and other teams to identify and address information gaps
