What you'll do
- Work closely with the Founder to ensure that each business unit and institutional platform delivers against its core goals—financial sustainability, impact outcomes
- Act as a trusted Founder-proxy in high-stakes internal and external conversations, ensuring alignment, judgment, and continuity
- Deliver flagship initiatives (accelerators, leadership platforms, delivery backbones) with credibility and scale them into repeatable, high-quality offerings
- Move from program success to portfolio and ecosystem-level influence while maintaining a strong grip on goals, timelines
- Build a strong management layer that reduces founder-dependence in day-to-day delivery
