Marketing Operations Specialist

About the role

This role is at the center for all marketing events and cross-functional execution. The role operates in two distinct modes depending on the workstream. On owned surfaces — landing pages, app store optimization, and the reviews program — this person is the primary builder and executor, responsible end-to-end for implementation, QA, and reporting.

What you'll do

• Serve as the operational lead for all cross-functional marketing events and launches — setting timelines, building checklists, assigning responsible parties
• Partner with Integrated Marketing to establish a shared execution calendar with clear ownership at each step
• Maintain checklists for all marketing execution tasks, ensuring each item has a named owner and a designated reviewer to reduce error rates
• Monitor checklist adherence across teams; update workflows as processes evolve and new surfaces are added
• Identify customer touchpoints that can increase engagement and LTV; document responsible parties for each touchpoint's ongoing update and maintenance
