About the role
We are hiring a Da ta Analyst to support financial planning and analysis for our Staffing / Services business . This role will be responsible for revenue and cost analysis, P&L preparation, budgeting, MIS reporting, and management financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong financial acumen, advanced Excel skills, and excellent communication abilities.
What you'll do
- Perform revenue analysis including Unbilled revenue, Billings, and Client profitability
- Conduct detailed cost analysis (employee costs, overheads, project-wise margins)
- Prepare and analyze monthly P&L statements
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards
