About the role
The Manager – Compensation & Benefits is responsible for managing enterprise-wide compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive, equitable and compliant reward practices. The role partners with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance and Payroll to execute annual compensation cycles, administer benefits, provide compensation analytics and ensure governance across the organization.
What you'll do
- Ensure internal equity, market competitiveness and consistent application of compensation policies
- Partner with HRBPs, Finance and Payroll to ensure timely and accurate execution
- Administer variable pay, incentive and bonus programs while supporting design enhancements
- Monitor effectiveness and recommend improvements aligned to business goals
