About the role
To organize day to day, preventive & predictive maintenance of the equipment used for the air-conditioning & refrigeration. (Utility) Carrying out PPM of public, back of house area & all utilities as per PPM calendar To follow daily maintenance checklist for all critical equipments. To look after the maintenance & operation of all utility such as Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Gas & Telephone network.
