About the role
Liaisoning with local and Government officials, Police and Fire & Rescue services through regular meetings Health checks of fire fighting system (Regular inspection and audits) Contractor (AMC & Security) management for fire protection equipment AMC reports observations consolidation and closure Raw material, finished goods and Packing Material Vehicle movements and ensuring compliances
What you'll do
- Manage effective gate control as per manual for securing the Plant property and employees
- Ensure the Security Service provider is providing the Security staff to the Plant as required without any shortage
- Create agreements, Purchase Orders and bills and ensure timely processing of the same
- Prepare and submit reports in a timely manner
- Conduct trainings on Fire fighting
