About the role
Actively involved in production man power handling, timely execution of jobs, ensure achieve daily production targets & ensure product must meet quality criteria, actively involved in store management activity.
What you'll do
- Ensure smooth execution of production through effective planning, coordination, communication, delegation, supervision, training
- Participate in periodical review meetings with reporting manager and HOD
- Monitor process performance data and carry out data analysis for non-achievement of targets and initiate suitable corrective actions for sustainable improvements
- Maintain records of production as required by organization & ensure maintenance of machines
- Ensure to follow safe work practices
