About the role
The incumbent will be strategic and tactical responsible for implementing Quality strategy and strategic operational goals to meet customer expectations for product quality, cost and delivery by optimising production quality levels and supporting operational excellence. The person will also closely work with internal and external key stakeholders, manufacturing and customers regarding technical support of their activities.
What you'll do
- Implement the Quality assurance processes involves inhouse process, Supplier. process and Customer interface (complaint handling)
- Prepare Quality Manual, Procedure, Control Plan, SOP/WI, Formats as per standard requirement
- Monitor and improve COPQ, initiate improvement projects for improving Outgoing Quality and differentiated customer experience
- Up gradation and process improvements by implementing process enhancement techniques such as POKA -YOKE, KAIZEN, TPM, KANBAN
- Initiate & monitor Internal Audit Program and Supervise periodic Internal Audits to ensure effective deployment of Quality Systems & EMS
