About the role
The role includes a range of tasks focused on maintaining, supporting, and enhancing the Dynamics 365 CRM system, including its integrations with ERP, CPQ, and other downstream systems. Design and implement plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and custom integrations. Develop, configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM and Tacton CPQ to meet specific business requirements.
What you'll do
- Act as the Senior Integration Developer for Dynamics 365 Sales and Tacton CPQ, with responsibility for integrations with other systems and processes
- Engage with the business to understand requirements, develop and maintain customizations, produce software development lifecycle artifacts, perform PoCs
- Design and implement plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and custom integrations
- Develop, configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM and Tacton CPQ to meet specific business requirements
- Ensure smooth operation of CRM system by monitoring, maintaining and managing configurations, security settings and integrations
