About the role
We are seeking an experienced Software Manager to lead multiple engineering teams responsible for building and maintaining enterprise-grade backend platforms and cloud-native applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. This role combines strong technical leadership with people management responsibilities, including coaching, performance management, talent development, delivery ownership, and stakeholder engagement.
What you'll do
- Engineering Leadership & Delivery
- Lead and manage multiple engineering teams comprising approximately 10+ software engineers, senior engineers, and technical leads
- Drive end-to-end product delivery, ensuring high quality, predictable execution, and alignment with business objectives
- Partner with Product Management, Architecture, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
- Oversee planning, estimation, execution, and release activities across multiple product streams
