About the role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeller – Architect to develop and manage architectural BIM models for various building projects. The candidate will work closely with architects, structural and MEP teams to ensure accurate 3D modeling, coordination, and documentation as per project requirements.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain detailed architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit
- Prepare architectural drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings
- Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to resolve clashes using Navisworks or clash detection tools
- Ensure models comply with project BIM standards and LOD requirements
- Extract BOQs, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models
