About the role
The BIM Modeller is responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating detailed 3D models using Building Information Modelling (BIM) software. The role supports design, engineering, and construction teams by ensuring accurate model creation, clash detection, and documentation in accordance with project standards.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
- Prepare detailed drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation from BIM models
- Coordinate with design engineers and consultants to ensure model accuracy and completeness
- Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks or similar tools
- Ensure compliance with project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and company BIM standards
