What you'll do
- Develop and maintain comprehensive Building Information Models (BIM) for plumbing and firefighting systems throughout all project phases
- Perform clash detection and coordinate with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) teams to resolve conflicts between building systems
- Create detailed technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for plumbing and firefighting installations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure BIM model accuracy and compliance with project requirements
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of BIM models to verify adherence to industry standards and project specifications
