About the role
The Junior Urban Planner/Infrastructure Planner/Architect will support the planning, design, and development of urban infrastructure, industrial parks, townships, smart cities, and regional development projects. The role involves assisting senior planners and engineers in master planning, infrastructure planning, data analysis, GIS mapping, report preparation, and project coordination.
What you'll do
- Urban & Master Planning
- Assist in preparation of Master Plans, Concept Plans, Zonal Plans, and Layout Plans
- Support land-use planning, density analysis, and development control assessments
- Conduct demographic, socioeconomic, and market studies
- Assist in preparation of planning standards and development guidelines
