About the role
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for critical financial and quantitative aspects of construction projects. This role demands precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining project integrity. Diligently obtain and analyse quotations and pricing from suppliers and vendors to support cost-effective decision-making.
What you'll do
- Execute meticulous quantification from drawings, design information, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Conduct thorough verification of quantities provided by Engineers or Suppliers to maintain project accuracy
- Develop and structure comprehensive estimates, bills of quantities, and bills of materials with utmost precision
- Perform in-depth rate analysis to ensure competitive and realistic project costing
- Implement and maintain robust project WBS structures to effectively track and control cost information
