About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Analysis & Network Operations Center (NOC) L1 Specialist to join our operational team in Hyderabad. In this dual-function role, you will monitor network alarms, handle first-level technical troubleshooting, and conduct precise billing data audits to ensure accurate revenue assurance and seamless service delivery.
What you'll do
- Monitor real-time network infrastructure, servers, and service performance via monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix)
- Acknowledge, triage, and categorize incoming incidents and technical alerts
- Perform initial L1 troubleshooting using standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Escalate unresolved incidents to L2/L3 engineering teams with clear ticket documentation
- Analyze Monthly Spend Reports, Invoices, and transactional billing data to identify discrepancies
