About the role
We are seeking a hands-on developer to build AI-powered applications and intelligent automations that drive our internal operations. The role centers on designing agentic AI workflows and custom web applications with built-in analytics and its own security and access control layer - while also supporting and evolving our existing Microsoft Power Platform footprint.
What you'll do
- Design and build agentic AI workflows and automations using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar - for tasks such as document processing
- Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models) with internal systems via APIs, RAG pipelines, and vector databases
- Architect, develop, test, and progressively deploy a custom AI-first web application, rolling out module by module
- Design database schemas, implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and integrate authentication with M365 Entra ID
- Build in-app analytics and reporting capabilities
