What you'll do
- Run first-article inspection on new parts to AS9102; check material, conformity and inspection certificates before acceptance
- Raise nonconformance reports with photos and measurements, rework or repair through re-inspection
- Deliver accepted lines, brackets, harnesses, fittings and seals with their records, and hand them to the assembly floor against the build plan
- Plan each build stage with the floor team; track shortages, open NCRs and pending inspections, and keep the traveller checklists
