About the role
The Engineering Manager – Electrical / Electronics Engineering will lead a team delivering electrical and electronics engineering across sustaining, redesign, qualification, compliance, manufacturing support, value engineering, NPI, and product development.
What you'll do
- Lifecycle Value and Productivity: Cost improvement, reuse, supply-risk reduction, automation, and design-cycle improvement
- Provide hands-on technical leadership in analog, digital, mixed-signal, embedded hardware, power electronics, sensing, controls, and interfaces
- Own team priorities, resources, commitments, risks, and delivery
- Drive architecture, requirements, schematic and design reviews, component selection, analysis, debugging, and technical decisions
- Partner with PCB Design on layout constraints, signal and power integrity, grounding, EMC/EMI, manufacturability, and board release
