About the role
The Engineering Manager – Firmware Engineering will lead a team delivering firmware across sustaining engineering, product enhancements, production support, qualification, and new product development. This hands-on leader will own technical execution, delivery, quality, and team development for an assigned portfolio while increasing team accountability from individual tasks toward complete deliverables and workstreams.
