What you'll do
- Supervise and manage the mechanical recycling process, focusing on maximizing efficiency and production

- Apply in-depth knowledge of metallurgy to optimize the extraction of metals (both ferrous and non-ferrous) from e-waste
- Conduct metallurgical analysis to enhance the yield and quality of recovered materials
- Recommend process modifications based on technical analysis and industry best practices
