About the role
We are looking for an experienced BD Manager – CatCon (Catalytic Converter) responsible for developing and expanding the business for end-of-life catalytic converters, with a focus on sourcing, supplier development, customer acquisition, commercial negotiations, and profitable business growth.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute the business development strategy for CatCon/catalytic converter sourcing and trading/recycling
- Identify, onboard and develop new suppliers, aggregators, dismantlers, scrap dealers and other material sources
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and customers to ensure repeat business
- Drive material procurement volumes, revenue and margin targets for the CatCon business
- Conduct market mapping to identify new sourcing opportunities, regions and potential business partners
