About the role
Track Readiness Plan and finalize monthly dispatches In case of FOB – Get the nominated agent details and take booking (Subject to Commercials in place + Payment security etc check) In case of CIF/CFR, Negotiate and get the competitive freight quotes as per targeted dispatch, get it confirmed by customer and book (Subject to Commercials in place + Payment security etc check)
What you'll do
- Track Readiness Plan and finalize monthly dispatches
- Plan Stuffing in coordination with CHA according to vessel schedule and cut offs
- Track in transit shipment on regular basis and update vessel and documents status to customer (Update in PI and order status report on daily basis)
- Maintain relationship with Forwarder/CHA (Contract, rates, SLA, escalation)
- Maintain freehand CIF/CFR freight margin data
