About the role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Executive / Advanced Specialist- Maintenance to join our TND Maintenance Team in Bangalore, India . This role is responsible for managing daily maintenance and utility operations across manufacturing lines, ensuring maximum equipment availability through preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance practices.
What you'll do
- Plant Maintenance & Reliability
- Coordinate and manage daily maintenance and utility operations across production lines
- Execute breakdown, preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance (CBM) activities
- Ensure optimal equipment availability, reliability, and uptime
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and drive corrective actions to improve performance
