About the role
We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager / Lead Specialist - Process Quality to drive manufacturing quality excellence and support our commitment to delivering world-class products. In this role, you will lead quality improvement initiatives, drive problem-solving activities, ensure compliance with quality standards, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve zero-defect manufacturing.
What you'll do
- Quality Management & Continuous Improvement
- Drive shift quality activities and ensure compliance with company and customer quality standards
- Lead cross-functional problem-solving teams using the 8D methodology
- Analyze product and process non-conformities and implement effective corrective actions
- Monitor and reduce DPMU levels through continuous improvement initiatives
