About the role
In this role you will be responsible for managing end-to-end shift production activities and ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations on the shop floor. You will need to deliver performance across key KPIs such as OTD, OEE, PEFF, and productivity while driving continuous improvement and team development.

- Manage and oversee entire shift production activities
- Ensure safety standards are followed and promote a safe working environment
- Report first aid cases, near misses, and improvement opportunities
