About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Engineer / Advances Specialist - Project Quality to lead quality assurance activities for new product development projects. The role is responsible for ensuring seamless product launches by driving APQP activities, PPAP approvals, quality audits, process validations, and cross-functional quality initiatives while meeting customer and project quality objectives.
What you'll do
- Lead quality planning and execution for new product development projects
- Ensure timely completion of defined project quality activities, audits, and deliverables
- Drive achievement of project quality KPIs through cross-functional team collaboration
- Act as the plant quality representative within Project CFTs from Phase 1 through Phase 5
- Customer & PPAP Management
