About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive / Advanced Specialist - Controls to join our Product Engineering Development (PED) team. This role is responsible for driving automation, controls engineering, process development, equipment validation, and manufacturing excellence initiatives while ensuring compliance with global standards and project timelines.
What you'll do
- Project & Process Development
- Lead automation and controls activities for new product introductions and manufacturing projects
- Develop robust manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment aligned with program timelines
- Conduct manufacturing feasibility assessments and provide capital requirements for new RFQs
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams during project reviews and implementation
