About the role

Evaluate and process blocked orders based on customer credit status, outstanding balances, and payment history. Liaise with sales, customer service, and finance teams to ensure timely resolution of credit holds and maintain service levels. Escalate high-risk cases and recommend alternative solutions to facilitate order release without compromising risk exposure.

• Perform in-depth financial analysis and creditworthiness evaluations of new and existing customers
• Review financial statements, conduct ratio analysis, and utilize external credit rating reports to determine credit limits
• Ensure credit decisions comply with internal credit policy and risk tolerance guidelines
