About the role
The Job holder is responsible for pan-India monitoring and implementation of policies and modification of processes of as per requirement. It involves regulatory reporting process compliance. The role caters to analysis of existing processes and recommendation of process changes to ensure cost savings, optimization of resources and enhancement of operational efficiency.
What you'll do
- Ensure regulatory and process compliances
- Manage fee recovery and Income booking - Income Leakage
- Ensure customer requests and query resolutions are completed within TAT
- Provide support in audit and compliance activities for Central Ops related activities
- Ensure closure of daily activity within TAT (Disbursement request, updating Stock statement, DP, Insurance, Inspection etc)
