About the role
Co-ordinating with lawyer for closure of queries and share final approval to the business/ credit. Modification and vetting of drafts ie. Indemnity/ undertaking/ MOE/ Declaration/ Mortgage Deed.
What you'll do
- Review of Title Scrutiny Report (TSR) received from empaneled Advocate
- Provide legal advice, opinion and legal support to the business team
- Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations and notification issued by various authorities
