About the role
This position’s responsibilities include coordinating the efforts in detailed graphical design of equipment required for the successful completion of projects. Customer specifications, internal specifications, internal schedules shall be met while minimizing mistakes due to poor quality. Work with Project Team to identify and resolve any project issues.
What you'll do
- Monitor quality and schedule of deliverables produced by the group
- Review and critically analyze customer/contract specifications for completeness of information and conformity to company and industry standards, noting deviations
- Maintain complete files on all contracts, proposals, and history files supportive of previous efforts
- Keep appraised of standard updates, ISO procedures, design practices, erection procedures, CAD development program updates, and computer software advancements
- Generate and review work products as required including all facets of design drawings and erection drawings
