About the role
This role is designed for a sector-focused Project Lead with expertise in Global Chemicals & Utilities. The individual will combine consulting problem-solving with domain-led insight to support global case teams, develop high-impact client solutions, and help build differentiated products and capabilities for Bain’s Chemicals & Utlities Practice.
What you'll do
- Translate client situations into clear analytical approaches, identify key issues, and help drive practical, actionable recommendations
- Apply sound business judgment and relevant analytical tools to solve complex problems in the utilities and renewables space
- Manage and coach teams of approximately 2–3 FTEs, typically Analysts and Associates, while ensuring high-quality execution and strong team development
- Take responsibility for work planning, stream allocation, workload management, and timely delivery of zero-defect output
- Contribute to capability building within the team, including coaching, training
