What you'll do
- Build expertise on existing tools to guide case teams appropriately and help develop newer solutions for the Vector Practice
- Work under the guidance of a Project Leader / Team Manager, playing a key role in driving the team’s overall answer and final materials, client communication
- Provide thought leadership and sound business judgment to drive innovation, product ideation and development
- Understand client needs and situations and adapt to case expectations
- Ensure timely, high quality, zero-defect delivery, analysis and output produced by the analysts/associates
