What you'll do
- Digital learning design, curation and development
- Design engaging digital learning experiences using evidence-based instructional design principles and adult learning best practices
- Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and translate complex topics into clear, impactful learning solutions
- Create storyboards, learning journeys, interactive modules, videos, and other digital learning assets
- Analyze learning data and feedback to measure the effectiveness of learning paths and make data-driven improvements
