What you'll do
- Understand Users & Identify What to Build
- Own 2–3 products/modules within the Survey Toolkit, develop deep understanding of Survey CoE workflows, gather and synthesise user feedback
- Own Requirements, Backlog & Prioritisation
- Maintain the product backlog, write epics, user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritise features based on user impact and business value
- Work closely with developers, QA, designers and Data/AI specialists across the full Agile delivery lifecycle — sprint planning, backlog refinement
