What you'll do
- Set product vision & strategy — Define and evolve a clear product vision grounded in user needs and Survey CoE priorities; identify where AI, automation
- Own the roadmap & priorities — Continuously prioritize initiatives across products balancing user value, strategic fit, technical feasibility, and capacity
- Lead product discovery — Build strong feedback loops with Survey CoE leadership and practitioners; structure ambiguous problems, develop hypotheses
- Turn strategy into execution — Translate roadmap priorities into clear direction for Product Owners; review requirements for major initiatives
- Drive adoption & performance — Own overall portfolio success; define meaningful adoption and impact metrics; identify and address barriers to adoption
